acting on behalf of Purchasers and Vendors in the purchase, sale, financing and development of commercial and residential real estate, including condominiums; preparation of commercial leases, mortgages, development agreements and other contracts including Joint Venture and Participation Agreements; condominium incorporation and organization; acting on behalf of builders and developers in projects including townhouses, apartments, condominium conversions and commercial condominium construction;

Ming J. Fong

called to the Alberta Bar in 1983, Mr. Fong's practice includes real estate, land development, and corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Fong is legal counsel to a number of organizations including the Calgary Chinatown Merchant's Association, the Hoi Sun Association and the Sue Yuen Association. Mr. Fong was elected to the Board of the Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association of Alberta in 2003

Sandra F. Albus

called to the Alberta Bar in 1984, Ms. Albus' practice is in the area of land development and real estate conveyancing, including condominium development and registration. Her practice also includes preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney, probate and administration of estates. Ms. Albus served on the Board of the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation, for many years, and is currently legal advisor to the Opening Gaits Therapeutic Riding Society

Allen B. Gommeringer

called to the Alberta Bar in 1984, Mr. Gommeringer has a general practice centered on civil litigation, including divorce/family law matters, commercial disputes, and landlord and tenant disputes. He has conducted matters in all levels of court in Alberta, as well as in arbitration and mediation hearings. He also practices in the areas of corporate/commercial law, wills and estate administration, and residential real estate conveyancing.

Phyllis M.Y. Chau

After graduating from the University of Calgary in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society, Ms. Chau obtained her Law degree from the University of Windsor in 2007. She completed her articles with the firm and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2008. Ms. Chau will be carrying on a general practice of law.
